I'D LIKE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT DHARMA. WHAT ARE NEXT STEPS?: Fill out the Let’s Connect form and our team will reach out to say hello via email. From there, we’d be happy to schedule a call to explain how we work and answer any questions.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE ARE TRIPS PLANNED?: There are no firm rules and all trips are different but we generally start the co-creation phase somewhere between 6 to 9 months prior to the scheduled departure date.
HOW DO PEOPLE SIGN UP?: We have an automated booking system that features the highest level of customer protection. First, we design and build your personalized trip page with trip photos and branding. Interested guests then simply select the room category they want and have the choice of paying a deposit or the full trip amount.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ITINERARY?: Absolutely. DHARMA trips are co-created with you and take into account the preferences of your audience. This means these special experiences are built to resonate with your unique community.
HOW DO THE NUMBERS WORK?: Transparency is our middle name. Just like we co-create the itinerary, the line itemized budget is shared with you too – so there are no hidden costs. This way you can review every element of the trip and we can decide together what to add or remove based on your desired final trip price.
HOW MUCH WILL I EARN?: You have full control of your earnings. You decide how much you want to earn per person as net profit. The more guests you sign up the more money you make. Our team will work with you to ensure we build a budget that accommodates your desired margin.
HOW MANY GUESTS DO I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR THE TRIP TO RUN: To run a trip we need to achieve a minimum number of guests which is usually 10 people.
DO YOU COVER MY ACCOMODATION AND FLIGHT TICKET?: Absolutely! Your accommodation, food, activities, and transportation costs will all be added to the budget.
Do you support with sales and marketing?: For sure! We have created a DHARMA Marketing Handbook that features tools and best practices to help you create enthusiasm with your community and sign up guests.
