WHAT TIME DOES THE RETREAT START AND END?

The retreat officially starts at 3:00 pm on June 28, 2024, and ends at 12:00 pm on July 1, 2024.

WHICH AIRPORT DO I FLY INTO?

You fly into Copenhagen Airport (CPH).

HOW DO I GET FROM AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL?

Transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport are not included in this trip.

For an affordable journey from Copenhagen Airport (CPH) to Indre By, We advise you to consider taking the train or subway, offering a travel time of 30 – 35  minutes. 

Another option is the bus, which takes approximately 50 minutes.

Taxis in Copenhagen are more expensive.

Uber and Lyft do not operate in Denmark, because of national taxi laws.

CAN THIS TRIP CATER TO SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?

Absolutely. We work closely with our partners and suppliers and can accommodate most dietary requirements. We will email you a form to gather information about your dietary requirements three weeks before the trip start date. 

WILL I GET ANY “FREE” TIME?

Absolutely! There is plenty of leisure time included for you to re-charge, nap, or do your own thing. We always schedule down time in our daily itinerary.

IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL MY SPOT, WILL I GET A REFUND?

The deposit is non-refundable and is used to secure your spot on the trip. If you decide to cancel your trip, we cannot refund your deposit. 

All subsequent payments are non-refundable once the payment due date has arrived. 

Please ensure you purchase adequate travel insurance to cover any fees you may incur if you have to cancel your trip.

WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE?

Trips often feature a variety of payment plans. Your remaining balance due date will depend on which payment plan you selected at time of booking. 

If you selected a payment plan prior to March 14, 2024, your payment plan will be as follows:

• Deposit: At the time of booking, 25% of the total value of your booking is due 
• Second Payment: 25% of the total value of your booking is due March 30, 2024
• Balance Payment: Remaining balance due April 29, 2024

If, after March 14, 2024, you select/ed The Fifty50 Plan (the option to pay 50% now, and 50% later) your payment plan will be as follows:

• Deposit: 50% of the total value of your booking due at booking
• Balance Payment: Remaining balance due March 30, 2024 (90 days before departure)

CAN I COME TO THIS TRIP ALONE?

Yes! Traveling alone is a great way to meet new people, and many people will be coming solo. On this trip we’re all in it together and you’ll be part of the group from the moment you arrive.

I WANT TO SHARE A ROOM BUT I AM TRAVELING ALONE, DO YOU ASSIGN ME SOMEONE TO SHARE THE ROOM WITH ?

If you are traveling alone and would like to share a room, we use our best judgment to find a good match. We endeavor to accommodate any specific requests you may have. Please contact us with any requests so that we can assign you to an unaccompanied guest that also wants to travel in a double occupancy room.

HOW DO YOU ASSIGN THE ROOMS?

Rooms are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.

 

WHAT IS THE TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY?

CANCELLATION BY US

In the unlikely event that WE have to cancel the trip for any reason then we will offer you the following options:

• A full refund of all monies paid, including your deposit
• Transfer of your booking, free of charge, to a future trip of the same value

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the trip for any reason, any flight tickets purchased by you will not be able to be refunded. It is for this reason that travel insurance is a mandatory condition of your booking. 

CANCELLATION BY YOU

If you are unable to attend the trip for any reason, you will need to make a claim with your travel insurance provider to claim any trip costs.

Please ensure your travel Insurance provider covers you for the following:

• Flight cancelation
• Trip payments
• Local and destination restrictions preventing you from traveling

IS TRAVEL INSURANCE INCLUDED?

We do not include travel insurance as everyone’s needs are different. However, having travel insurance in place for each person is a condition of your booking. If you haven’t purchased cover yet, you can do so here: https://www.withfaye.com/.
