Meet Your Host

LACEE LAZOFF

Lacee discovered kettlebell training in 2013, and it transformed not only her body but her entire career. Now, she helps clients build strong bodies with kettlebells and more. With numerous advanced kettlebell and personal training certifications, Lacee has guided countless clients in developing lasting strength and habits for the past decade.

Lacee is especially passionate about educating women on the benefits of strength training. Through coaching and creative, time-efficient programming, she helps women overcome the fear of lifting heavy weights, build lean physiques, and stay injury-free. Her goal is for every woman she works with to move weights for life and cultivate a strong, sexy body with a resilient spirit.

Lacee graduated with honors from Portland State University with a BA in Communications/Business Administration and earned a National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Training certification in 2014. She has held certifications for StrongFirst Kettlebell Level 1+2 and Bodyweight Instructor and RKC Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor. Her work has been featured in multiple fitness publications, including Self, GQ, Harper’s Bazaar, Runner’s World, Shape, and Women’s Health.
